DEFINITIONS In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the terms listed below shall have the meanings ascribed to them alongside. MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade, MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade, LAW: the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG:27.11.2014/29188) SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than providing goods, performed or promised to be performed in consideration of a fee or benefit, SELLER: the company offering goods to consumers or acting on behalf of or in the name of offering goods within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, BUYER: the real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes, SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER, ORDER PLACER: Real or legal person requesting a good or service through the SELLER's internet site, PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and BUYER, CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and BUYER, GOODS: Tangible property subject to shopping and non-tangible goods prepared for use in an electronic environment, such as software, sound, image, etc., 3. SUBJECT This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are stated below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's internet site, under the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Listed and announced prices are sales prices. Announced prices and promises remain valid until updated and changed. The basic qualities (type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit) of the Goods/Product/Products/Service subject to the contract are published on the SELLER's internet site. If a campaign has been organized by the seller, you can review the basic qualities of the relevant product during the campaign period. It is valid until the campaign date. 7.2. Listed and announced prices are sales prices. Announced prices and promises remain valid until updated and changed. The announced prices that are for a limited period remain valid until the end of the specified period. 7.3. The total price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.
